In Person

Train with me directly in a focused, semi-private setting.

These small groups are designed for individuals with similar goals and training levels — often clients transitioning from rehabilitation into structured conditioning, or those who want serious, progressive training with higher attention than large group classes.

Semi-Private Training

Single Session

  • 2 people — 45 € / person
  • 3 people — 40 € / person

Monthly Package — 2x per week (8 sessions)
Recommended for consistent progress and measurable results.

  • 2 people — 320 € / person
  • 3 people — 280 € / person
