
Movement therapy
With more than ten years of working experience as a personal trainer and a kinesiologist, I found my purpose and pleasure in the therapeutic sphere. After finishing my studies of Kinesiology at the Faculty of Sports in Ljubljana, I focused on treating chronic pain, rehabilitation after injuries as well as pre /after surgery and delved into biomechanics of movement.
Observing and re-learning movement patterns of my clients is the base of my movement therapy work.
Throughout my life I have trained and tried a lot of different sports, which gave me a broad insight to physical fitness. Training for a specific sport is something entirely different than training for life.
If you want a healthy and functional body, it’s very important that you get to know your body and how it functions. With healthy movement patterns, healthy workout regime and body awareness, you should be able to maintain a healthy and functional body throughout your life. This is what I teach my clients in our sessions.
I offer a wide range of physical activities, depending on what goals, wishes and plans my client has. After the initial consultation, I offer an exercise plan that serves my client’s needs. Developing a healthy and functional body is a long process, so it’s very important to be flexible with the plan, and re-adjust it, if necessary.

4 sessions, in person: 150e

*One session is 60 minutes long. Purchased sessions have to be used within 45 days. If you can’t come on your scheduled session, you are obligated to inform me at least 24 hours before the session, otherwise it is charged.
